ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
When it comes to an order placed by a customer, as long as the order or its merchandise from us has not entered the shipping process, the customer can change the details on the order by calling the Customer Service Center. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to provide reimbursement for shipping and handling charges. [Back to Top]
ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS
Orders are not binding until the order and/or membership is accepted by us.  We may cancel or limit an order at any time after it has been placed at its sole discretion. SHIPPING
We will try our best to ship merchandise within seven to ten business days upon receipt of any order placed; however, in accordance with our stock availability, we may need up to 15 business days, lead time period, before proceeding with shipping. RETURN POLICY

If you need to return any product(s) purchased from this site, you must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) No. along with its form by contacting Customer Service at (714) 545-0117. Returned merchandise(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • All returned cartridges must be returned at least seventy percent (70%) full of ink
  • All bulk inks must be returned at least ninety percent (90%) full of ink
  • All cartridges, bulk inks, refill kits, toner cartridges, media and accessories must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging
  • OEM products must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days from the purchase date for refund

Please note that if you want the returned cartridge back, you will be requested to make a payment for delivery from us in order to ship it back to you.

REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY

We provide you a one year limited warranty for refund, store credit, replacement and exchange. Accordingly, you are requested to return the product (s) within one year from the original date of shipment if necessary and exceptionally, OEM products must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days from the original date of shipment.

After returning the product(s) to us within 10 business days, we will process a refund or store credit.  In order for us to process the return, you must write down your reason and order No. on the RMA form and clarify which preference you want from us between a refund and store credit, along with the returned product(S).

We are unable to ship or make and refunds/credits until we have received the returned product(s). [Back to Top]

REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGES
Defective or damaged products will be replaced with a new one. However, this replacement will be limited to one time per order, per item. If you purchase the wrong item, we will exchange it to another one after collecting it from you. Please note that when it comes to OEM cartridges, we will not exchange it for another. [Back to Top]

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
We provide you with a one year warranty from the original date of shipment.  In accordance, you are requested to seek a refund, credit, replacement and exchange if necessary within one year after purchasing. This limited warranty provided herein covers only manufacturer defects and does not cover malfunctions or failures caused by misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse and improper electrical power use.  It also does not cover any damage to your printer, computer system or other devices arising from your use of our product(s).
